Every vehicle is inspected carefully, and customers receive a clear explanation of the problem and the recommended repair before additional work begins. Our goal is straightforward service, fair communication, and dependable repairs throughout Dover and central Delaware.

$95 Mobile Diagnostic Service

The $95 diagnostic fee is due when the diagnostic service is performed. If Morgan Mobile Mechanics completes the recommended repair, the $95 diagnostic fee will be credited toward the approved labor charge. The diagnostic fee is not credited when the customer declines the repair, uses another repair provider, performs the repair themselves, or does not schedule the recommended repair with Morgan Mobile Mechanics.

Additional travel fees may apply outside the standard service area and will be disclosed before the appointment.

Payment is due when the diagnostic service or completed repair is delivered, unless another written arrangement was approved beforehand.

Clear Policies, No Surprises

Please review our parts, cancellation, and emergency policies before your appointment.

Parts & Warranty Policy

  • Morgan Mobile Mechanics may install parts purchased through AutoZone and other established automotive-parts retailers. Any applicable parts warranty is provided by the manufacturer or retailer and remains subject to that company’s terms, eligibility requirements, and replacement procedures.
  • Morgan Mobile Mechanics does not independently manufacture or warrant parts.
  • Customers may supply their own parts. Customer-supplied parts receive no parts warranty through Morgan Mobile Mechanics. The customer is responsible for confirming that the supplied parts are correct and complete.
  • If a customer-supplied part is incorrect, defective, incomplete, or fails later, additional diagnostic, removal, installation, and travel charges may apply.

Cancellation & Appointment Policy

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule without a fee by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 fee.
  • Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide access to the vehicle may result in a $95 fee.
  • Customers must provide safe access to the vehicle, the keys when required, and permission to perform the approved work at the scheduled time.
  • Special-order parts and deposits are nonrefundable once purchased unless the supplier accepts the return. Any accepted return remains subject to the supplier’s return policy and possible restocking fees.
  • Weather, unsafe working conditions, emergencies, parts availability, and delays from earlier appointments may require an appointment to be rescheduled.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

  • Once diagnosis, disassembly, repair, or parts purchasing has begun, cancellation does not eliminate charges already incurred.
  • If the customer stops or cancels an approved repair after work has started, the customer remains responsible for all labor already performed, diagnostic work, travel, parts handling, opened fluids and supplies, waste disposal, and any other authorized costs incurred before cancellation.
  • Installed, opened, used, contaminated, special-order, or otherwise nonreturnable parts must be paid for in full. Returnable parts will only be credited after the supplier accepts the return, less any restocking fees, return charges, or applicable parts-handling costs.
  • If work is stopped while the vehicle is disassembled, Morgan Mobile Mechanics will leave the vehicle in the safest practical condition. Reassembly, restoration to its previous condition, towing, additional travel, or a return appointment is not included and may require additional payment.
  • Parts purchased by Morgan Mobile Mechanics remain the property of Morgan Mobile Mechanics until the applicable parts balance and charges have been paid. Removed fluids, filters, contaminated materials, and replaced components may be transported for proper disposal.
  • All outstanding charges become due when the customer cancels the repair or instructs Morgan Mobile Mechanics to stop work. Completed labor, diagnostic services, travel, used materials, disposal services, and nonreturnable parts are nonrefundable.

Emergency & After-Hours Policy

  • Emergency roadside, same-day, and after-hours service is offered subject to technician availability, location, weather, safety, and the type of repair required.
  • Emergency, long-distance, and after-hours appointments may include an additional service or travel charge. The customer will be told about applicable charges before service is dispatched.
  • Morgan Mobile Mechanics is not a towing service. If a vehicle cannot be repaired safely at its location, towing may be recommended.
